Orders will be processed within 2 working days after successful payment, exception of Bulk Orders.

Orders received on Sunday, public holidays or after office hours will be processed on the next business day. If the delivery service already scheduled shall not be available when in the special situation, an alternative delivery date will be announced.

Delivery Terms and Charges

Free shipping within Hong Kong area on orders over HKD $500. Free delivery service is applicable to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories of HKSAR. Outlying islands, Ma Wan, Tung Chung and Discovery Bay are not applicable.

The estimated shipping lead time is about 1-2 days. Delivery to postal box or hotel is not accepted.

Delivery service is applicable to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories of HKSAR. Outlying islands, Lo Wu and Lok Ma Chau are not applicable. An extra delivery fee of HK$50 is charged for each destination regardless of the amount of purchase if customer requires delivery service to Ma Wan, Tung Chung District and Discovery Bay.

UNDELIVERABLE PACEL/INCORRECT ADDRESS

Undeliverable parcel

Occasionally orders are returned due to insufficient delivery information, PO Box / Hotel addresses, numerous unsuccessful deliveries, rejection by addressee. For such undeliverable parcel, we will offer a refund by deducting the standard shipping fee and 15% handling fee of your order. The refund would be processed to your original payment when your parcel is returned.

Customer can submit a redelivery service for the returned parcel. However, the cost of redelivery arrangement will be borne by the customer.

*The cost of delivery rearrangement will be based on original shipping arrangement of the order.

Insufficient Delivery Information

To avoid delay of delivery, correct delivery information must be provided and checked before checkout. Incorrect region chosen or insufficient delivery information will affect the total amount of the order and the dispatch processes. In order to correct the insufficient information and price difference, we will notify customer by email to the registered email address of account holder. The order will be dispatched only if the price different has been paid and correct information is provided in 3-day when the email sent. Otherwise, we will cancel the order and offer a refund via original payment by deducting 3% handling fee of the order.

*Please do not provide any PO Box/Hotel addresses as your shipping delivery to avoid any unsuccessful deliveries.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your Jennystella Beauty purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product.

If you will need to return your product, please review the information below.

• Returns must be made within 14 days of your receipt date for a refund.
• Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
• We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
• Please note on the front side of your receipt or packing slip the reason for your return.

• You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise (see Damaged Products Policy).
• Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages.
• All returns will be credited to the original Payapal used at the time of purchase.
• Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your item.
• Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the paypal adjustment to appear on your paypal statement.
• Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.

Only items purchased on www.jennystellabeauty.com may be accepted for a return. Items purchased from jennystellabeauty.com cannot be returned or exchanged at retailers that sell Jennystella Beauty products.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We are happy to exchange any merchandise that is defective, damaged or unused. If you will need to exchange your product, please review the information below.

• We accept exchanges on items purchased on jennystellabeauty.com only up to 14 days after the original purchase.
• Please enclose the product you wish to exchange and your receipt. On the receipt, write instructions on what item(s) to exchange.
• If there is a difference in cost with the exchange, one of our customer service representatives may reach out to you for further information.
• You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY
